Assign a loan request

A loan request needs to be assigned to a bank agent. This is a necessary step for a loan bid to be placed. To assign a loan request.

1. Open the loan request
2. On the main tab , click the assign button
3. Select the colleague to assign the loan to.
4. Press confirm.

Now, the a loan bid can be placed.

Conversations with the client will utilise the assigned user as the main point of contact
